Do the Nader challenge (video)

Have you done the Nader Challenge?

Which Presidential candidate would eliminate the billions of dollars in corporate welfare we pay every year to the ethanol industry?

"Obama!"
Wrong. (According to today's New York Times, Obama actually has very close ties to corn ethanol industry - an industry that Ralph Nader has called "a multifaceted monstrosity radiating damage in all directions of the compass.")

Many people still consider Obama the progressive candidate in the race.

He's not.

He's just another corporate candidate.

Who's the progressive in the race?

Ralph Nader.

To drive home the point, today we launch The Nader Challenge.

Check out the video here.

Who favors single payer national health insurance?

Obama!

Wrong.

Nader/Gonzalez.

Who favors cutting the bloated, wasteful military budget?

"Obama!"

Wrong.

Nader/Gonzalez.

News from Nader: Nader is not a spoiler (video)

Yeb, you've read it right; contrary to popular believes Ralph Nader is not a spoiler. I just received an email from his campaign team, telling his supporters where he stands:

What the inside the beltway partisans just don't understand is that we are on the opposite side of the fence from the corporate Republicans and Democrats.

And we are determined to build a nationwide movement to challenge their corporate policies.

To do this effectively, we first need to get Nader/Gonzalez on the ballot all across the country.

Simple, right? If a movement is on the opposite side of the the fence from corporatists, then how can this be a "spoiler" movement?

Hear Ralph Nader's announcement of his VP running mate Matt Gonzalez on YouTube, in which he addresses one of the main problems of the United States: corporatism.

True Progressives Support Ralph Nader for US President (video)

Yes, he's going for it again: in Meet the Press Ralph Nader announced he will be running for US president again.

I have great respect for those who will stand up for what is right, regardless of the outcome. Most people would not bother running for president when chances of winning are this slim: but not Ralph Nader.

I remember listening to an interview on CBC radio in my car, probably about a couple of years ago, and I learned to admire his enthusiasm for doing the right thing in life; how inspiring his words were!

All that's left here for me to say is: "Good luck, Ralph!", and to my readers:

Watch him speak here and you'll quickly find out that Ralph Nader is the ONLY candidate that progressives should support.
