Something fishy about SPP and boots

These were the boots that the policemen were wearing (click picture for larger version):

And this is a detailed picture of the boots that the "provocateurs" were wearing (click picture for larger version):

Lots to read about "the provocateurs" in this Toronto Star article.

My favourite line of the day?
Coles: "The SPP is a fraud, just like those three so-called activists were."

Update: Paulitics has even a more detailed picture on the boots, showing that ALL officers were wearing the same boots, as did all the provocateurs. Visit his website to see the picture.

INteresting that the 3 "activists" were arrested and lead away by Police yet there is no record of the arrests. Officials cite security concerns. In other words, they were undercover cops. While placing undercover police in amongst protesters is not unusual, the fact that one was holding a rock should be considered as an act of inticement. This "cop" was trying to get the peaceful protesters to follow his lead. He was inticing a riot, which is illegal. An investigation should be launched to bring out the truth. It is disgusting that Police are inticing people to riot so they can break out their anti riot toys (pepper spray, rubber bullets etc.) to use on peaceful protesters.
What has this country become. Thank God for YouTube

The right to peaceful assembly is enshired in the charter of rights. The Police in this instance violated the rights of protesters by interfering with that right. Harper said the protest was "sad". What is really sad is that peaceful protesters were injured by police tear gas and pepper spray while exercising their Charter Rights. It is a "sad" day for all Canadians when this Police activity is covered up by the very people that are sworn to serve and protect from us from violence. Shame on the police and their political masters.

I'm waiting for Harper to blame the Liberals. He never accepts responsibiltiy for anything since he has no spine.

Yes, thanks to YouTube we are able to get the truth out about Canadian Police and RCMP. With or without denying their involvement, it surely doesn't look good on them.

I agree. The police is supposed to protect us, not harm us. The police is for the people, not against the people. What's wrong with Canada's police?
